Geun-a came to live in Cheonsang-gun, Ulju-gun when she was little. She is now a high school student and Cheonsang has gone through many changes in the short time she has lived there. The vacant lot that was her playground is now an apartment building, and her stationary store is gone. Adults say that living has improved, but Geun-a wonders, has it really? Geun-a’s childhood is the old Cheonsang. The film looks back to those days and the present day. What does a really good village look like?​
