A father and son take off on a wolf hunt. We don’t know the reason, but there is a cool tension between them. The son wants to prove to his father that he is a good hunter, but as he runs after the wolf, his father follows with pressing urgency. Their past finally catches up with them in the beautiful snow covered fields. But the past cannot be repeated. (MAENG Soo-jin)

Benjamin Thum was born in 1988 in Brunico, Italy. He studied direction at ZeLIG Film School for documentary. Now he is working and living between Rome, Bolzano and Berlin. The Wolf is his first short film the narrative field
