Rubén MENDOZA
Miss Maria skirts down the curvy mountain trail step by step. Living alone on a remote mountain, she leads a self-sufficient life, working the land, cutting firewood, and milking the cows. Her hair is long and she wears a skirt, but she holds a secret; she must shave every day. Though outsiders do not embrace her, she is not lonely amidst the bright full moon, beautiful sunset, gentle breeze, clear stream water, her domestic animals, and friends. Gentle, but strong, is our Miss Maria. (Billy CHOI)
