Mike Douglas has been a skier for over 30 years. Now in his middle age, he leaves for Nagano, Japan, famous for skiing and longevity. His purpose is to find the secret to the fountain of youth. He also meets Miura Yuichiro, a ski legend who skied down Mount Everest at 80-years-old. He learns the simple but great secret to longevity. (KIM Hyung-seok)
