Conrad Anker, a renowned American rock climber, prepares his ropes with a young Nepalese climber, David Lama, to set out to Zion Canyon. There he failed his mission of creating new routes 25 years ago. Though they meet for the first time, they top the Latent Core after four days of climbing together. Conrad also removes the white rope that had been there for many years since his first attempt.
