There are not many people who feel the existence of the four basic elements believed to make up all matter: fire, water, air, and earth. This film explores the relationship between humans and the Earth by introducing us to a firefighter, a free diver, a base jumper, and a cave researcher who always feel connected to these four elements. Participating in the adventures through the blazing fire, a deep dark abyss inside the ocean, the blue open sky, and a dark cave in a deep forest, the four characters strongly feel the essence of being and find inner peace. This film unfolds from the perspective of these characters, revealing different but beautiful sides of nature and reminding us that humans are also one of the elements making up the Earth.
