Feruza is an animated documentary about newlyweds taking a honeymoon around the world who decide to help a girl they meet during their trip to Africa. Feruza, a fluent Korean speaker self-taught by watching television, dreams of breaking free of all constraints imposed on her and continuing her studies. The film follows the struggles of Feruza and of the married couple who change their original travel plans to help her dream come true.
