American climber Tommy Caldwell, who loves Fitz Roy so much that he named his son Fitz, and Californian climber Alex Honnold, who hates cold, challenge alpine climbing together. They are going to try the first ascent of Fitz Roy traverse, which a number of climbers have failed to ascend. Starting from Fitz Roy, they are to cross 7 peaks, which are 5,000m long in total. As beginners of alpine style climbing, they embark on their journey only with a sleeping bag, a tent, a rope and wrong crampons. Not long after the beginning, their climbing boots and trousers are torn and they lose spoons, so they have to eat with broken sunglasses, but they are still excited and happy. Sender Films proves their editing ability by making this pleasant film. Caldwell and Honnold won the Piolet d¡¯Or, which is given to the one who has accomplished the best climbing achievement in the year.
