Woo-chul living in a hostile urban area decides to climb up to a mountain so as to dig out the wild ginseng that his ill father, a ginseng digger, has not dug for a long time. While his father wants to see the precious wild ginseng before he dies, Woo-chul intends to sell it for the sake of paying
 back to his delayed debts. He cannot find the ginseng, and descends the mountain only with an injury. Holding the box of his father’s ashes, now, Woo-chul climbs up the mountain again.
