The girls play soccer in Mugu, a remote village of Nepal where even a bus does not commute. While their goats are grazing on grass, the girls kick the soccer ball on the mountain with bursting out laughing. They are chosen to play for their school, but they should brave the object of their parents. After they win at the local tournament with their ability from the mountain, they ride buses and airplanes for the first time in their life to participate to an international competition finally. The best striker Sunakali actively plays and leads the Mugu team to win. They return to the village in glory. For the sake of their daughter¡¯s future, Sunakali¡¯s parents finally make a decision that they will not follow the local practice that a girl at the age of 14 to 16 should get married. This film is the winner of the Best ICIMOD Mountain Film Award of Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival 2014. This decent film also shows what is now changing in Nepal.
