New to the town of Raahe, 12-year-old Valo protects herself from bullies with the help of an abandoned German-Shepherd. After becoming friends with the dog, Valo names her Roi. This is a story about friendship - a union for the sake of helping others, leading them to overcome challenges they otherwise never would have dared tackle before.
