Gabriel Perenzoni and Nicola Castagna met during mountain guide courses and discovered that they had a common dream: to climb all 82 4,000m mountains in the Alps in a single season. AltaVia 4000 is a journey across the giants of the Alps, an adventure of self-discovery, exploring the deep ties that develop at altitude.
