The Jesuit Order novitiate is a severe form of a trial. During two years of isolation from society and the comforts of civilization, young men have enough time to ponder the question: Is the religious life for me? "If you sit in a shack, you will see the fruits in everyday life", says an elderly monk.

Graduate from the Jagiellonian University and Krzysztof Kieslowski Film School in Katowice, Poland. She’s the author of many short films, documentaries and TV programs. Currently, she’s a doctoral student of Film Directing Department at Polish Film School in Lodz.
