Oshika-mura with a beautiful view of the Minami Alps. On top of that deep mountain, Simon, who moved from England 30 years ago, and his family live. Oshika-mura is a place that welcomes newcomers and pursues a quiet, slow life. However, since the start of the 'Linear Shinkansen Project' for tunneling through the Minami Alps, many changes began to occur. This film observes these changes.

    Born in Korea 1992, in 2017 relocated to Tokyo. Finish study at the Japan Institute of the Moving Image, Oshika-Winds of Change was a graduation work. It has received numerous awards such as Tokyo Student Film Festival Grand Prix, Tokyo Documentary Film Festival Semi-Grand Prix & Audience Award.​
