One morning when Veysi goes to his barn with his son Mustafa, a pack of wolves attacks on his sheeps and Veysi loses most of them. Thus he wants a better gun to protect himself and his herd, which is Mauser, ‘the king of the rifles’ as they say. He approaches to a local gun vendor and he promises that he will give him a Mauser as a gift if he proves that he is a good hunter.

He completed his high school and studied philosophy in Istanbul University and economics in Anadolu University after finished primary and secondary educations in Karaman where he was born. Since 2002, he has been producing and directing feature-length films.
