JUNG Hyung-hwa
Bit-na and her mother arrive at her grandfather's house when he passes away. While her mother cleans the house, she finds a big dog sitting in the corner of a small room. Her mother tells her to keep it at home because people would be scared of it, but Bit-na takes Chin-chin with her and goes to the sea. The innocence of a child is often described as courageous, reckless, or unbiased. When a child as young as Bit-na is alone with a big dog, what grown-ups do first is to worry due to the uncertainty of the situation itself. In this film, the director talks about the point at which children and adults see things from different perspectives.
