In a remote island of the Netherlands, two preteen sisters, Shana and Mirte, are spending summer together. Mirte has down syndrome and is smaller than Shana, which makes it hard for her to follow Shana. She needs much help, and though she is older than Shana, she is the one who needs to be taken care of. Shana is young and needs help too, but she washes her sister and pays attention even when they are in play because she sees her older sister needs more help than her. While watching Mirte, Shana starts to make something. As her intention is revealed, we can¡¯t help but keep our eyes on them with deep affection. (HAN Song-yi)
