A pair of Imoogi, the legendary old serpents, lives in Baek-am Pond desperately waiting to be dragons and fly up to heaven. They get into big trouble, however, because of a village boy who does not keep his promise. The story of Imoogi, which has to wait millennia before it turns into a dragon is a very familiar tale in Korea. This animated film is an adaptation of the tale, especially for children's education and is delightfully unique with an accompaniment of musical elements.
