Herman's Heart

Herman lives a peaceful life with a teddy bear until a stranger intrudes. He manages to kick her out, but faces an unexpected accident and has to go out to the dreadful world. Telling a story of the world that opens its door when people open theirs to their mind, the film delivers its message exquisitely without much dialogue. It is a child’s animation that conveys a warm story in its lovely style. (KIM Se-jin)

Illustrator, animator and director. Anne Kristin Berge is modeler and animator on the award winning feature Free Jimmy(2006) and is director, animator and music director of short William in the Park(2008). Also, she scripted, directed and animated her shorts, Pl.ink!(2010) and Herman's Heart(2014). She is currently working as a freelance animator and art director in Oslo.
