There is a flock of sheep in peace. The night passes and the day comes, and there¡¯s a voice on the wind. It's been six months since an eleven-year-old boy disappeared. The children talk about the bears that disappeared a hundred years ago and the two bears that came here in class. Adults tell their stories when they faced the bears in the old days. It is no longer peaceful here. What happened to the boy who went to the forest? Why have the bears gone? Where are the bears now? The film contrasts the legendary predator bear with the missing child to show a pervading mood of fear in the Pyrene Mountains.
