Since long ago, the Nenets people roamed freely about the tundra herding reindeer. But now, a huge obstacle stands in their way. Global warming and the enormous gas pipelines that began springing up everywhere drive them to make an impossible choice. Irreversible advancement in civilization and the aftermath of development bring the Nenets people to the brink of giving up their tradition.
