Booked tickets can be cancelled on the Ulsan Ulju Mountain Film Festival website or at the Ticket Booth.
Partial cancellations within the same booking are not allowed.
Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the cancellation deadline has passed.
The processing time for credit/debit card refunds may vary depending on the card issuer, bank, and your billing date. Please contact your card issuer for the estimated processing time.

Notes	- Please present your Disability ID Card or Disability Welfare Card upon entry to the screening venue for eligibility verification. - Entry may be restricted if you do not present a Disability ID Card or Disability Welfare Card. - Wheelchair Accessible Seating may be booked only by audience members who require wheelchair access. Those who are not eligible will not be permitted to use Wheelchair Accessible Seating, regardless of whether a booking has been made.

Online booking is available until 20 minutes before the start of each program.
Ticket vouchers cannot be used for online booking; they must be exchanged for tickets at the Ticket Booth before entry.

One-day Tickets are package tickets with pre-selected programs based on keywords. The included programs cannot be selected or changed.
Food vouchers can be collected at the Information Desk in Square on the day.
Once the food voucher has been collected or the first program has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available.
If a program included in a One-day Ticket takes place at Alps Cinema 1 or 2, seats are assigned automatically and cannot be selected or changed.

UMFF Pass alone does not grant entry; a separately booked ticket must be presented for admission.
When booking online, UMFF Pass holders can reserve programs without any additional payment.
A maximum of 5 tickets per day may be reserved in total across films and festival programs.
Both online and on-site reservations are available.

A ticket to ‘Singing in Nature’ includes access to both the film and the performance.
For the ‘Singing in Nature’ program at UMFF Cinema, entry numbers are assigned in order of reservation. Lines will form by entry number starting 40 minutes before the screening, and entry will begin 30 minutes before the screening.
If you arrive after entry has begun, your entry number will be voided, and you must join the back of the line rather than entering mid-queue.

The Audience Award is presented to the film in the "Mountain" section selected by audience vote.
Cast your vote for the film that made you feel the mountain breeze, or the one that stays with you long after the screening.
After the screening, tear your ballot along the dotted line for the score you wish to give the film, then place it in the ballot box.
All audience scores will be tallied, and the top-scoring film will receive the Audience Award of the "Mountain" section. The award will be presented at the Closing Ceremony.
