Birdwatcher Yoon Ki-deuk, who started recording birds 15 years ago at Seonam Lake Park, captures the breeding of the migratory Greater Painted-snipe in Namchang in 2025. Having protected new life by pausing rice planting, he returns on a rainy day in 2026 to meet the secretly returned bird and continue his unending record of life. 

Behind Ulsan, remembered as an industrial city, countless living creatures visit and nest every year. Through the eyes of birdwatcher Yoon Ki-deuk, who has documented Ulsan's birds for 15 years, it aims to show everyone its potential as a city of life.
