A Place of My Own

The woman, stricken by illness, goes to the mountains, while the man stays behind and begins a new life there. 

I wanted to capture the traces of my mother, who climbed the mountain barefoot in her struggle to survive. And after she was gone, I wanted to preserve the radiant life of my father, who was left behind.
