One summer, Ye-jin and Hae-ri are the best friends in their class. But when Hae-ri starts writing a secret diary with friends from another class, a subtle crack begins to form in their relationship. Then, the diary goes missing—and Hae-ri suspects Ye-jin, the person closest to her. A relationship that once seemed unshakable begins to quietly unravel.
Teenage relationships—especially between girls—remain endlessly fascinating to me. Their bonds often blur the lines between family, friendship, romance, and even rivalry, making them difficult to define. The very secrets that once held them together become the cause of their falling apart. Ye-jin and Hae-ri—and maybe all of us—what were we really trying to find?
