Ha-jin is dealing with tons of mail and civil complaints all by herself, while her coworkers don't even bother to help and take it for granted. Although Ha-jin hasn't done anything wrong or made any mistakes, the continuous scolding, criticism, and even threats, gradually consume her with an inexplicable sense of anxiety.
