Four people with an average age of 68 embark on the "Annapurna Rounding", a circuit around the Annapurna mountains in the Himalayas. A total of 111km, it will take 5 nights and 6 days. They start trekking in Chame and challenge their limits relying on each other through the long journey to Thorong La, where the colourful Tharchog flutters in the wind.

Trekking in the Himalayas is not easy even for young people, however, they prove that it can be done by fortifying with interest and preparation though they are in their 60s. Two episodes of Video Album Mountain will be screened before the talk program.​
