Alpinist Benjamin Védrines' fast, oxygen-free ascent of K2, one of the world's most dangerous peaks, is accompanied by an inner journey in search of life's meaning that goes beyond the limits of the body.

In the following performance, AMUTTA BAND, who carry forward a new challenge driven by that same devotion to music. Featuring Hong Kyung-min, Cho Young Soo, Jeon In-hyuk, Kim Jun hyun, and Jo Jung-min — each already active in their own fields — AMUTTA BAND's stage carries the film's lingering resonance into the fiery energy of a live performance, announcing the opening of the 11th UMFF.

Hong Kyung-min, one of Korea's most versatile entertainers; Cho Young Soo, the hitmaker behind countless beloved songs; Kim Jun hyun, a multitalented performer with outstanding musical ability; Jeon In-hyuk, the lead guitarist of the legendary rock band Yada; and Jo Jung-min, a trot star renowned for her distinctive charm and captivating stage presence. These five artists, each at the pinnacle of their respective fields, come together to play their own instruments in perfect harmony, delivering the raw emotion and explosive energy that only a true live band can offer.
Joining them on every stage are special guest vocalists with remarkable versatility, adding even greater richness and diversity to each performance.
