This film was made by two female directors from Kangirsuk(by Inuktitut Kangirsumi) and has been introduced in many international film festivals across the globe, including the Sundance Film Festival, REGARD - Festival international du court métrage au Saguenay, and Sao Paulo Int. Short Film Festival in 2019. Its beginning set on the snowfield is so impressive that it’s hard to believe it is a workshop project from the Wapikoni Mobile Foundation. It invites us into the world of traditional fairy tales by showing the four seasons of the directors’ hometown with editing over Katatjatuuk, a traditional song of the Innuit. (Jinna LEE)
